Smart Routine

Beginner : 2 sets / 2 to 5 second hold

Intermediate: 3 sets / 5 to 10 second hold

Pro: 4 sets / 10 to 15 second hold

Be sure to release the leg to lay it on the ground with your toes touching the floor. This means you’ll release the strap and pull once again as to be back in the position in figure 4.

 
 

Smart Routine

Beginner : 2 sets / 2 to 5 second hold

Intermediate: 3 sets / 5 to 10 second hold

Pro: 4 sets / 10 to 15 second hold

Switch arms so that the opposite hand is in the air. Continue to alternate to release tension.

Pro: 4 sets / 10 to 15 second hold

Place both hand up in the position shown in figure 6 and then place them down to your sides. Rest for 2 seconds and place your arms back in this position shown.
